1. Quotations
Quotations are based on the information, measurements and site conditions available at the time. A quotation may be revised if measurements, specifications, access or site conditions change. Unless stated otherwise, quotations are valid for 30 days.
2. Measurements and specifications
Final manufacture is subject to confirmed site measurements and agreed specifications. The customer is responsible for reviewing product type, glass, frame colour, hardware and layout before approval.
3. Site access and readiness
The customer must provide safe, reasonable access and ensure the installation area is ready. Additional visits or work caused by an unready or unsafe site may be charged separately.
4. Payment
Payment timing and any deposit requirements will be stated in the quotation or invoice. Products remain the property of Dodo Glass until paid for in full, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Variations and cancellations
Variations requested after approval may change price and completion timing. Custom-made glass cannot usually be cancelled once manufacture has begun.
6. Installation and care
Customers must follow any care, curing-time and use instructions provided after installation. Minor visual variations inherent in glass, mirrors and aluminium finishes are not defects.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
